Kris is a serial entrepreneur, best selling author, and investor. Kris was the founder and former CEO of SEO and affiliate network Pepperjam, which he sold to eBay in 2009. Since then Kris launched an angel fund (KBJ Capital) making 30+ investments across mostly early stage tech. Kris has founded multiple successful companies, which have raised 8 figures of venture capital from leading firms, including Lightspeed Venture Partner, Index Ventures, Precursor Ventures, Greylock Partners, and others. Kris current manages a 3 time "SEO Company of the Year" finalist LSEO.com where he advises funded startups, pre-IPO, and publicly traded companies, and MerchBooth.com, a venture backed entertainment and merchandising company he founded alongside actor / comedian Damon Wayans, Jr.
