Hey everyone,
I have spent a considerable amount of time curating the topics in this course, with the aim of presenting material that even a senior engineer would find interesting. While there are plenty of resources available online covering basic and intermediate topics, I have focused on presenting non-typical, interesting techniques and patterns.
The course includes 4 modules:

I do have a newsletter with ~200 people in it. Initially I promoted it by offering a free ebook if they join. That worked pretty well. The other thing that I did was to add a "subscribe" link to my blog articles and bio sections on the social networks. This didn't work well :)
Do you run a newsletter? Share it and help me understand something.

I like the idea. Sometimes I want to disable everything but I can't put my phone in fly mode because I can't get calls.
A crazy idea: Do you think a product for disabling all smart features is viable?

I would say yes. Even tho nowadays most of the implementation efforts are shifted to third parties so we (the developers) don't do stuff on our own. We just consume APIs.
Even in my personal projects I tend to protect assets and user's data.
Do you think about security while making your products? š

87% of my readers are using Chrome on desktop. This means that I have the luxury to care less about performance. However I just recently found that this blog has 56 (out of 100) points on Google's pagespeed test. That's not good. The report says that my Disqus comments are blocking the main thread for ~900ms. I want comments on my blog but I also want my users to reach to content as quickly as...
