I did not feel that way when conducting interviews with our users and first adopters, because I thought about it in this way - they already use our product, they already came to us knowing that we are new, so they are probably our "friends" and would love to help back, especially since our startup provides them with such an emotionally supportive method. Also, I think it is kind of cool for...

I would scythe most important skill as I found is timing. You need to be able to do every process in such way that the next process is ready to begin right after. Sometimes you prepare something and the other processes are not completed, so the one you had already done is waiting, but possibly by the time you are ready to actually execute your plan is no longer appropriate or relevant with the...

Evaluating long term effects of your work
Do you ever consider the long term effects of your technology on your users? A lot of times we think within short term user problems and finding the solution, however it is important to access the potential consequences of our work on other people. My question is do you evaluate long term consequences and if yes, then how does it happen for you and your team?

Then between every "sprint" there is a period (that can vary in its duration), when we patch the holes and work on correcting the existing issues. Of course it also involves prioritisation - how urgently does a current issue need to be...

I believe that younger generation definitely places strong emphasis on company values and brand vision. It is important to work on something impactful and positive. Improving performance, in my opinion, is about making them share your vision and making the job feel "cool" to them :)
