Taking time to be with yourself and your close one's is very important. Generally, having some time free of work is what makes you mentally stable. When we were preparing for our launch (btw, any feedback appreciated https://www.producthunt.com/post... ), it was several weeks of 24/7 work. It is important to have a hobby and not fall into routine.
What's the best thing you've done to take care of your mental health?

a combination of both seems perfect for me. Office once a week to set all necessary goals, make a strategy for the week and after that everyone can work from home knowing what they must do to achieve what planned
