Congrats! :) Looks like you've naturally followed main princibles in good product development.
Fast is always better than perfect, when needing to validate idea, and if it gets any attention.
Doing things manually initially saves a lot of coding, which allows things to be done fast. And then you don't code things that are not wanted / not needed, instead you have real user experiences to take...
Found a product idea on Twitter & made a MVP in 3 hours. I just reached $40 of sales with it!

I'll get back at you if I fail on my startup. 😁
Not scared on losing love anymore, not too much. Though, these days there are kids involved, so it brings whole new level of scariness.
But failing my startup... that will impact all those. And it is currently pretty scary, as it is path that I haven't ever travelled yet. No idea how it affects on everything. Especially love and kids.
Losing love or failing in a startup, what's scarier?

I agree, being startup founder / solo entrepreneur is pretty lonely spot to be. Especially when considering deeply technical parts of those roles.
I feel that there are more people interesting to talk about sales and marketing (both doing that as their work, but also being entrepreneurs on those fields) than having deep, meaningful conversations about tech stacks and how to navigate modern...

Depends do I expect others to be part of it at some point or not.
I don't do too much technical design documents just for myself. I do a lot of diagrams though, and rough sketches, but not full blown documents.
But if I plan / anticipate that there will be others also taking part in development (be them technical or non-technical people), I usually do for all features tech design documents as...

Eisenhower Matrix (urgency & improtance) is great tool to help deciding where focus should be.
And being critical while using that, so those not important things wont creep into todo -lists. Having really short goal in mind, and then deciding to do things to only achieve that on minimum level is best way to use resources best way possible.
How do you decide and keep focus on the "right" things?

Doing bootstrapping myself.
Choice was made for this road to keep independence, and to be able do things own way.
When that choice was made, it felt good that there wouldn't be external pressure.
Now I think that lack of external pressure has been biggest downside. Internal pressure hasn't been big enough. Priorities have also changed during past few years. Of course pandemic affects all...
Is it better to bootstrap and take longer OR raise to go faster, but give up independence?

I haven't seen any that would've satisfied myself. Been thinking of actually making that kind of app, but I haven't been able to figure out where money would come in such app, so it hasn't been in active development.
There seems to be few in app stores, but like I said, their features and focus has always felt to be a bit "off" from what I'd find useful.
Have you tried any of those, and what...

I don't have exact plan in mind, but if thinking what kind of things I'm encountering with my projects... Most likely I'll learn some new aspect on Javascript, maybe try out some new libraries. Or then I spent time learning some sales/marketing tips'n'tricks, so I can apply them to my upcoming product website.
What do you plan to learn in the coming days?

Hands down, it is winter for me. I love tons of snow and nice subzero temperatures.

To be honest, I'm currently struggling with all that. 😁
My collaboration would ideally be more technical, ie. programming, server related, hacking stuff etc.
Problem is to find such people at all, who would have time (or interest) on doing anything with any other person than their own, or co-workers.
How do you do collaborations with other creators?

I doubt there are easily findable service that offers such without branding.
You can though find some code snippets from github for example:
https://github.com/search?q=emai...
Those you could host on your own website, and have it as you like.
Or you could get something like that deployed as AWS Lambda or similar serverless solution.
All those though need some knowledge to get it done, so...

I don't have answer for "How do you know you are pricing the product right", though I think I've seen some statistical answer for that (number of leads buying, number of free trials converting to paying etc), so you could try looking that up.
But for underpricing product I have better opinion. Price increase is always harder, both for you to do it, but also for customers to take it in. Much...

Launching product in PH definitely doesn't need to be your initial launch!
In fact, most sources say that you get better launch, when you're done some smaller launches elsewhere, and gained your initial users and crowd to support you.
There are plenty of guides and check lists online that gives insight, for example this here:

- React / NextJs powered website
- Chakra-UI for visuals
- AWS Lambda & S3 as hosting solution
Mobile frontend:
- Expo application (React Native)
Database:
- MongoDB Atlas
Backend:
- NodeJS, running in AWS Lambda
- Written and managed with Serverless Framework
CI/CD:
- GitLab for code holding
- GitLab for CI/CD pipeline
What is your product and tech stack for it?

If you are asking what is needed, there are multiple ways to do it.
Simplest is to have just link with mailto: attribute, that opens end-users default email client with prefilled "to" and "topic" fields (optionally "cc" and "bcc" fields as well). This relies that users have email client configured (mobile users have, desktop users not necessarily).
Anything deeper needs a bit more explanation...

Difference between Div and Span is their semantic behaviour.
Div is block level element on webpage. It takes it's own "space", and you can give positional properties to it.
Span is inline level element. It is only affecting things that are inside it, ie. altering colors, sizes, styles and such. You don't give position attributes to span.
So roughly said Div is like building block that you...

My goals for my startup for November:
- restart working on my product
- get first outsider users for my product
- prepare server infra for going live
- get Google Play and Apple Store accounts
- make finishing touches to product website
Quite big list of big things. I have had break on my product work, so most of those things are in 98% done, it is just that hardest 2% of each task to...

I'm more of type A, if need to choose from those two. I check everyone's profile in LinkedIN who sends me connect request, who I don't know. If they don't have any content (comments / posts), and if they feel to be either just datamining profile, or most likely just trying to sell me something I'm not interested in, I'll ignore them.
If connection invite is from someone who at least tries to...

No indication anywhere on site that it is usable only for people based on USA. It came apparent only when I was trying to finalize my registration. I would appreciate to see such restrictions immediately, and potentially timeframe when more areas are planned to be opened (if those are plans at all. Not everyone wants to come to EU and follow GDPR).
