Unfortunately, the only USB C-to-C mode this cable has is via an adapter from micro. That means no PD over USB C, no fast charging. Definitely a bummer if you're trying to get a quick jolt of charging in out in the wild, for which this product is ideal. Swing and a miss, unfortunately.
