Is Product Hunt losing sight of its Purpose/ Vision?
Product Hunt may be doing an injustice to Startups launching their Product for the first time in the Market, by forcing them to compete against Heavyweights (Repeat launch firms, Established players).
This means: Low opportunity for the new product to grab attention & garner market shares.

Any Pitch has to be custom-made for the audience. If not, we may not be able to hook the viewers.
Obviously, we can have templates - Elevator pitch, 5-minute pitch, 10-minute pitch, 30-minute pitch, etc. Also, Investor pitch vs Customer pitch, etc.
But these would need to be customized for each new audience.
And we need to actively think from the other persons' perspectives, before we develop...

Is Product Hunt more suitable for "small Products" or "large/complex products"?
As a new entrant on PH, I have been exploring the various new products being launched, and I see a diverse mix of products and offerings, which led me to a question: Is a PH Launch better suited for a "simple app/ widget" kind of offering, or does it also help those "large/ end-to-end application suites" as well? What do you think?
