Speed is indeed a critical value for driving product development, but quality is equally important as it can lead to technical debt if neglected. I believe it’s essential for the team to focus on developing quickly while continuously working on initiatives to improve quality over time.

Hmm, for me, it’s the iPhone Notes app. I have so many things to jot down, and without this app, I’d probably feel quite frustrated.

My goal is to further enhance my technical expertise in my field.

On the days I work from home, I sometimes go swimming in the morning or take a walk.

I primarily use Notion and Sublime Text.

VS Code is great, but Sublime Text is also a good alternative.
