The biggest impact on my fragile focus were short but focused to-do lists on a daily basis, and learning to take a break when my brain is not cooperating, instead of trying to force it to work.
I use the Pomodoro Method to stay concentrated at work. What's your go-to secret or tip for focus?

Hello fellow makers,
My team rolled out Performance Reporting feature for our SaaS. We're an email automation platform primarily built with SaaS needs in mind, and Performance Reporting is the most recent addition to the platform.
I'm curious: Would any of you find it helpful if we shared more about the process, or email performance metrics in general? Or even email automation in general?

Building an email list and keeping an open line of communication with the people who opted in through newsletters and broadcasts? Most definitely.
Cold outreach? Sparsely, and only when you really make an effort to do it right.
