I have created a lot of maps, and I love the way the system enables me to refine my thinking. Pros: I love the flexibility to use the blank canvas or one of the helpful templates to draft my ideas, share, and collaborate. Cons: The Waypoints feature is great, but I'm looking forward to its developing to support presentation a bit more robustly.
