I am a product design leader and consultant with over a decade of experience in design, leadership and management with an obsession with craftsmanship. I am passionate about advising teams that build meaningful products with a strong mission. I've accumulated over 10 years of experience in a variety of startups. Most recently I’ve been with Picsart - the world’s leading photo and video editing platform - as a Senior Product Design Manager. I joined as a product designer when the company had under 100 employees, and I soon became a design lead, expanding the design team from 3 to 16 members. I personally participated in the hiring processes of over a hundred people, partnering with top industry leaders.
