I only have one domain so far, but I waited fairly late before committing to it.
When do you buy the domain?

For iOS app development, I highly recommend Angela Yu's iOS course on Udemy. I had some prior iOS experience, but that course did a really good job at further explaining concepts in approachable ways.

This seems like a really well curated collection, and the design/aesthetic is pretty great too! Thanks for sharing!

Hey all!
Cue It is an app that I was inspired to make last year during quarantine. The concept of the app involves creating lists of timers on a sequence; the end of one timer starts the next timer right away.
For some tasks or routines, you may find it more beneficial to have timers for individual steps so you can better track your time. For example - I designed the app so I could better...

I'd say it depends on the context of what your app is. Generally, though, I'd definitely consider having a somewhat fleshed out landing page with 2-3 of the major features/benefits of your app listed. It definitely leaves a stronger impression than if you just have the bare essentials of a logo, an App Store link, and a screen/small paragraph of text.
Page builders make it pretty easy nowadays...

If your app is an iOS app, there are a few websites or communities where people can opt in to test early versions on Testflight, using a public link you create in App Store Connect. Three sites I've used are:
https://departures.to/
https://airport.community/
https://www.reddit.com/r/TestFlight/
With those three sites combined, I've gotten around 80 testers for my upcoming app.

Generally speaking, I find it's easier to focus on a new niche than it is to stand out in a crowded market, speaking from my experience developing iOS apps.

This has a very nice and pleasant UX! Any chance that support for older iOS devices could be used, for if you wanted to use the accurate device type when creating screens? (Example: Uploading a version of the screen for older iOS devices with the home button)

It depends on the type of app you are making, but from my anecdotal research and observations - it's a good idea to try to find some aspect of your app in which the user can create a goal to work towards, and to allow the user to track their progress on said goal.
It doesn't necessarily have to be full on gamified, but you definitely want to try to give the user some tangible and visual...

https://appicon.co/ is useful for resizing an iOS/Android app icon for different device size requirements.
I also just recently started using notion.so, which allows you to make an online notepad/wiki tied to a personal account of yours. I presume a lot of people here probably know about it already, but I only just recently found it, and I think it's pretty versatile.
