Have a watertight OKRs/goals system and let people work towards those targets. It doesn't matter how productive they are this week vs the next ā if projects are being completed, that's all you need to know! :))

From a personal brand perspective, you'd be much better off creating and posting original content that can help you attract potential customers. Reposting other people's content can be an occasional fallback, but it's certainly not a long-term strategy.
If you do a bit of research, you'll find loads of different content creation frameworks. Block a few hours every week and use those...
