For us, the biggest challenge scaling our product was maintaining performance and stability as usage grew exponentially. Definitely recommend QuickBooks Online for managing startup finances. Super easy to categorize expenses, send invoices, and track cash flow all in one place. I think when your passion for the business starts to fade, that's a sign it may be time to consider selling. Also if you get an offer that's too good to refuse financially. But it's a tough decision since it's your baby that you built from nothing. I'd also consider selling if the business has plateaued and you don't see a path to further growth. Definitely engage the PH community early to build buzz. Post teasers, behind-the-scenes content, etc. to get folks excited. Timing the launch is key too - aim for mid-week when activity is high. And have an exclusive PH deal ready to go live with your launch, people love a discount! Get creative with it to really stand out.
