I truly believe this will replace the very much outdated resume. It is a win win situation for hiring managers and applicants. Pros: Unique way to the job hunt. Very intuitive. Beautiful UI/UX. Really makes potential candidates stand out. Cons: Still very new in the sense that there are a lot of extra features to expand on. But this is more of a plus as time goes on!
