Halp is great because it puts support tickets in context of a conversation within Slack (talk about making it easy to keep the customer at the center!) Pros: The folks at Halp have maybe built the best Slack integration to any product I've ever seen, it makes keeping on top of support is a breeze Cons: It requires your team uses Slack, which now a days isn't really that much of a con!
