For me, it is vital to be aware of my present capabilities, including my energy levels, skill sets, and knowledge. This enables me to set achievable goals within a defined timeframe, and determine a suitable workload.
Additionally, effectively handling distractions and taking regular short breaks play a significant role in maintaining focus and overall productivity!

I use the Pomodoro Technique! I break my work into intervals - "pomodoros - and after each Pomodoro, I take a short break of 5 minutes, and after completing a set of Pomodoros, I take a longer break of up to 30 minutes!

Me and my team start off the week with a morning session every Monday. We gather and proactively define and review our upcoming tasks for the week and establish deadlines. We also prioritize them based on importance and urgency. By doing this, we ensure that everyone is well-informed about their assignments and can focus on executing them efficiently and on time.
