Who has been using workforce management software to help manage your employees?

Interested to hear anybody’s feedback on workforce management software you may be using at your company? Or, if you’re not using any, why?
Particularly interested in sectors with desk-less employees, field workers, shift workers etc.

We were using Slack but recently moved to MS Teams - I was dubious, never been a fan of Teams during my limited use of it over the past couple years but we signed up with the Microsoft Startups Founder Hub and one of the benefits is free O365 seats so it just made sense to save some $.

I started working remotely 9 weeks ago, already I find myself more productive, less distracted and my work life balance is much much better. Whilst working from my office I was always determined to take a 20-30 minute walk a couple times a day, did I? No! Something always came up. Working remotely, I've gotten into the habit of having a proper break a couple times per day.
What impact does remote work have on your life?
