Ok dont purchase this product, its $1299 of wasted money. I purchased one delivered last week with the largest box you have every seen. Faulty right out of the box, along with apparently others. 5 days later with no response from Bird.co I finally spend 2 hours on the phone to be told they know about the problems with Birdone, return it for a refund or exchange, or better still wait for Birdtwo...
