Unique in that it focuses on the awards themselves rather than gift cards, points, money, or other rewards. Pro features are mostly nice-to-haves, many of the essential features are in the unlimited free version.

The product is simple, clear, and fun to use. We enjoy the Slack integration, and an easy to way highlight all the great work contributors are doing on our team.
