This is really interesting, thanks for building. One thing that jumps out at me: Having an idea officially "Denied" in public could be pretty demoralizing. Did you consider any alternative language or interactions around ideas that aren't as good?

I like the idea here, but there's a pretty big privacy concern for me. When I started predicting other peoples' salaries, I realized that I could see role + company + tenure. For people on small teams at well-known companies, this outs you pretty quickly. Have you thought about anonymizing this?

One small issue I've encountered is contact deduplication. I often have a few different contacts entries per person, one with phone, one with email+phone, etc. A few times I tried to set a weekly email reminder for someone, but found I'd chosen the wrong contact and only had a phone number. Really cool, and easy to imagine it being useful. Actually using it was a bit confusing, I got myself into some strange states with multiple links and basic formulas. I'll be curious to see if they can add the power of spreadsheet functionality without the complexity.
