@trylolli continues to lead the way in bringing Bitcoin to the masses. Crypto can be intimidating so it is important to support companies who are making it more approachable for the rest of us.

This looks great. Quick question:
Can management get a rollup of their team member's feedback? It would be useful to have this data for annual reviews, etc.

In my career, the biggest challenge has been getting buy-in from the Executives and Management chain. If they just don't like remote work and want you in the office, it ends up being nothing more than a frustrating experiment.
Other than that, trying to build separation between work life and personal life can be challenging which is why a lot of people complain about burn out. Work is...

I was an introvert long before it was cool but can turn on the charm if I need to. :)
Are you an introvert or an extrovert?

Congratulations on the launch! Is there any way for a manager to see a summary of kudos for their team members? These would be great to have come review and promotion time.

Get to know your team members as real people. They are not heads, talent, resources, or lines on a spreadsheet. They are real people with concerns, interests, goals, motivations, quirks, strengths and weaknesses.
Try to build rapport with each team member by finding some common interests outside of work and build some type of relationships around it - music, sports, traveling, hobbies, pets,...

It can be frustrating when a competitor with seemingly unlimited resources pushes their way into your space. However, you can also view it as justification of what you are building.
Get to know their product and its weaknesses and try to fill in the gaps with your own product. You can often find public message boards where customers are complaining about missing features and long running...

Great question. Some companies have been successful by sticking to a clear vision and saying "no" to features that don't enhance that vision.
Unless your company is led by the rare visionary who truly understands a gap in the market and will stop at nothing to blaze a trail, then I think you will need to listen to your customers to help guide your product.
I would use the 80/20 rule where...

It forced the remote work movement into the mainstream. This, in turn, caused people to adjust their priorities and redefine what it means to "go to work".
I think the pandemic also helped people to not take some things for granted. Basic everyday things such as going out to eat, traveling and attending events now have more value.

Figuring out compliance, payroll and taxes can be burdensome for remote companies. Many choose to hire workers as "contractors", pushing the headaches to the worker and lower the burden on the company.
Having workers in multiple US states can also be a headache.
Thumbs up to any company that helps solve this problem! :)
