I've been using Quuu for a couple years, on both ends. As a promoter, you might not get the best engagement because many accounts that publish from it are looking for an autopilot SMM solution, so their accounts tend to be low engagement overall. I like to use it to supplement other forms of promotion. As a publisher, prepare to publish some wacky stuff on occasion, no matter which topics...
