Have you ever been to a hospital speaking a language which is not your first language?

To be honest, English is my second language. When I have a conversation related to my professional things, there's nothing that goes wrong. For example, our team has #high_five channel in Slack. We are using this channel to share our teammates' accomplishments with the team. However, this is a kind of disappearing information that isn't archived permanently. I wonder if you know another way to share and archive someone's achievement.
