I'm quite excited to see something like this, as I run workshops/trainings and this might work very well for that, compared to AirBnB.
I'm trying to test it out and find that the process is based on a wizard where I provide lots of information and, I assume, maybe receive recommendations at the end, which, frankly, somewhat frustrates me :-) I have a desire to search properties like one would...

As a person who likes to create, I find that I tend to not want to release something until it's "done," and thus don't really release things, especially not as paid products. I think I feel particularly scared of letting people pay for something that I still consider unfinished or in progress—yet I logically know that nothing is ever "finished."

I love this. Having grown up in Detroit and with a dad in the auto industry, I learned a lot about chassis and bodies on top of it. I find this super clever and lands well with what I'd aspire to rent/own :-)
My main question, because I haven't seen anyone ask it:
I assume by "waste disposal" you mean human waste, yet I don't see a toilet in any of the designs. Is there a toilet of some sort?

@ionut_alex...Excited to try this when it gets on iOS. Just to let you know, I tried to access the web app and got a warning from Firefox:
"Websites prove their identity via certificates. Firefox does not trust this site because it uses a certificate that is not valid for app.effectivenezz.com.
