I love the way that the Instant Reply feature provides three options to choose from, and it's super easy to use keyboard shortcuts to select the one I want, and then edit it. Great job!

I got to try out Calendly Polls during beta. It was easy to set up a poll and have people vote on times that work for them. Then with one click you can schedule the meeting on everyone's calendar. Companies need a streamlined easy tool to help review content, give feedback, and approvals. What's cool about Punchlist is that it works with a bunch of different file types and is easy enough to use that it can be shared with anyone in the company, with clients, with legal, etc. Great tool for agencies or brands that want to streamline their workflow!
