Hi John,
It really depends on what is your case.
Lets say you need some simple app or prototype than go for it
as you will get something really fast and you can test it and get feedback soon.
On the other hand if your idea is more complex you will eventually need more flexibility you should consider low-code, this is slightly more work but you should have more freedom to do what you need...

Hi Pritam,
we have tried several no/low-code platforms.
And we were concerned about the limitations because most no-code tools are aimed at business users, not developers.
This has the following implications when you need to create business logic.
1. You can use existing templates, so you're essentially creating customizable applications for your users.
2. You can hide the programming/coding...

Absolutely, because we're building our own low-code platform https://jetveo.io/
We believe this is the future, because development should be more efficient and there is no need to write same things again and again or to solve complex problems which were solved by somebody else.
But of course there will be cases where you need to write your code, at least somebody has to code those...

Hi @manish_nepal if you are interested I can help you with your app using our Jetveo.io low-code platform. You can reach me via email dalibor@jetveo.io
Can you build an app without coding?

Jetveo eliminates the repetitiveness of developing apps because it offers the best of both worlds: the simplicity and efficiency of low-code programming and the flexibility and power of classic C# programming. Jetveo: It's built by Developers for Developers.

Hello Product Hunt!
We’re excited to launch the Jetveo Platform and App Builder. Here’s why:
As programmers, we got tired of inefficiency. We were creating the same tables and grids, writing similar code to read similar databases, and working with data in the same way for each project. There are plenty of customers, but not enough time.
So, we started Jetveo.
The platform is intuitive and...

It depends on what systems you want to integrate together and what type of integration you want to use.
In case you need to link several tools in a chain, such as workflow, choose the one that already covers your use case, as this will be the easiest way. Ingtegrately probably has the most ready-made integrations and their prices look more affordable.
However, in some cases, you need a more...

For time tracking, we use a proprietary tool that helps us track internal and customer work (and then automatically generate invoices for customer-specific development).
In fact, it's our homework for junior developers when they apply for jobs to create a time tracking tool using our Jetveo.io platform and App Builder tool.
Does your dev team track time and if so what tools / process do you use?

It is not realistic to cover all functions and use cases without code.
You would have to solve all current and future problems.
However, it is good for specific problems that are clearly defined.
A more realistic way is to combine no-code and code to get flexibility.
There are low-code platforms like Outsystem and Jetveo that combine low-code and classic development. Which gives you more...

There is a need for more and more developers or better productivity.
no-code and specially low-code is the way how to be more productive and lower barrier for new developers.
But you have to carefully pick the right platform your your use case.
Is no-code the inevitable future? or just a trend?

we are working on flexible low-code platform https://jetveo.io/ where you can write your own code.
This should be sweet spot where you can get speed of low-code and flexibility of C#, thus avoid limitation of low-code platforms.

Our goal is to provide low-code with flexibility of classical development so you can easily continue extending your MVP to real product, without need to start again from scratch.

We are working on low-code platform where you can easily provide rest API or CRUDL API with open API definition and generated client side of app. Or connect to external API (base on open API definition) where platform will generate client part for you.

There is no universal no-code/low-code stack as each of them covers different areas. For example there are low code tools, running online which covers whole process from design, development, testing up to deployment, running, scaling and monitoring. In this case you do not need other tools. Some of those platform offers you flexibility in how you can use it so you may want to create own front...

It depends on low-code platform, some of them are more focused on specific use cases such as approvals and workflows, while there are few with possibility to write your own code or use external libraries.
In this case you have flexibility similar to classical programing and it is up to you decide what advantages will low-code get you.
In general games, firmware, operating systems, and complex...

No code is like playing with Legos because you build your website with preexisting pieces. It is easier to learn but more limited in flexibility. With low code, you can build more complex apps, like internal systems, but sometimes you need to write script, code, or templates; there is enough flexibility in low-code platforms to do that.
