I've been using this app for months and recommend it for anyone looking for a simple way to create accountability and focus. Here's my small example:
I didn't drink enough water during the day, and wanted to improve the habit. I tried the app Water Logged, but I fell off the bandwagon when it got too repetitive and because I had to pull out my phone and open the app every time I drank a glass...
