The very first thing that hit me when I went to your website was the headline, "Make people understand any software instantly." It seems very forceful in a negative way. Maybe use "Help" instead of "Make" or something a little subtler. You really can't make anyone do anything.

Hi Michael, I saw you demo Service @ the CX Summit hosted by TaskUs in NYC a few months ago. I was super impressed! I don't really want to try Service, but if I every have an issue that needs it, I definitely will!
