Customers aren't going to fall head-over-heels over an inspiring mission statement or company goals. These are valuable, but not mission critical. Pros: There is some good information if you are looking for how to create a mission and purpose for your company Cons: There isn't any specific actionable advice to get your first 100 customers.

I found Postable to be particularly helpful when doing long-form, image-rich content. I don't write as much content as I use to, but it's been great when I've used it.
