I would not put the first column as 'TODO', I would rather use it as an inbox, because not all emails are tasks.
Pros: There is so easy to use, and is very good to order your task. So I recommended to all my friends, and my job parthers.
Cons: Is not posible to delete a mail without stay in it. Slow loading... Some bugs if you reload the page.
