They took everybody's money, then didn't deliver the product, then encouraged people to dispute the charge with their credit card company and then when some did, they disputed that dispute so people were still charged. Unfortunately, it was fraud. Pros: Looked cool Cons: Appears to have been a scam

+ Pool is an incredible Kickstarter backed design project that's aiming to build a floating pool in NYC, making it possible for anyone to swim in the river for the first time in 100+ years. It's so rare that you see a public project like this and I can't wait. Awesome.

Molly Hayward and the whole Cora team has been working on this for a long time and they just launched. It's like Birchbox, but for period managment. Online ordering, organic products, and a ton of social good since for every product you buy, they donate one to a woman in need in the developing world, without which she might not be able to attend school.
