Congrats on securing seed funding - that's a major milestone! It sounds like you have a great idea. I'm curious about the technical details too. Matching people solely on name does seem prone to errors. Have you considered additional data points like email, phone number, or social profiles to improve the match accuracy? Wishing you all the best as you build out the product and team. Keep us...

You know it's time to raise prices when you're consistently delivering more value than your current pricing reflects. If demand is growing, you're innovating your product, and you're confident the market will bear higher prices, that's usually a good signal. Of course, test it carefully and be ready to adjust if needed. Anyone have experience with this to share?
How do you decide when it's time to raise prices?

Definitely focus on your unique value prop! What's the one thing you do better than anyone else? Maybe it's your UI/UX, or some killer feature no one else has. Zoom in on that and really nail the messaging around why it matters for your target customers. People don't want just another SaaS app, they want the best solution for their specific pain point. Own that!

Seeing our first 100 monthly active users was huge for me. It's one thing to build something you think is cool, but knowing there are real people out there finding value in what you created - that feeling is incredible and so motivating to keep going!
What was your moment that made you realize, ‘This product has a heartbeat’?

We're using a mix of strategies at my B2B SaaS startup. Outbound email has been our bread and butter for getting early customers and feedback. LinkedIn outreach to relevant people has also worked well. Planning to test out cold calling soon to see if that moves the needle. Curious what channels have performed best for others?
Do you run any outbound campaigns for your agency or SaaS?

Sounds like a super useful tool. Tried a couple of these converters before, but this one seems faster and easier to use. Definitely love the browser-based processing feature--no need to worry about file uploads. Congrats!

I've been experimenting with using GPT-3.5 to generate code snippets and draft technical documentation for features. It helps speed up the development process. I also know some people using ChatGPT plugins like Wolfram Alpha and Zapier to add more advanced capabilities. But I'm always curious to hear what else is out there - maybe there are some powerful AI integrations I'm missing out on that...

Def make the CTA sticky on mobile, it's 🔑. Also try exit-intent popups with a special offer - those convert like crazy! A/B test different headlines too. And don't forget to optimize your page speed, especially on mobile 📱💨

Love the concept, Trey! The idea of exploring the world of weeds is definitely intriguing. Makes me think of the times when I used to walk around and wonder what plants are actually out there. Super excited to see where this leads. Keep up the good work!

I've heard Tuesday is a solid day for product launches on PH, especially for B2B. Decent amount of people checking the site but not as much competition as later in the week. For B2C, weekends seem to be where it's at. I'm curious what others have found works best for their launches?

Tracking NPS (Net Promoter Score) is huge for us. It's a great indicator of overall customer loyalty and satisfaction with the product experience. We also keep a close eye on activation rate, retention curves, and month-over-month growth in key usage metrics. Qualitative feedback from user interviews is super valuable too for identifying the biggest opportunities to increase those quantitative...

I've played around with a few AI video tools like Synthesia and Runway, but found them a bit limiting compared to traditional editors. Though I did make a fun retro-style music video with Runway's '80s effects pack. 😎 Would love to see examples of what others have created with AI video tools! I agree though, for most projects I still find myself sticking with Final Cut or Premiere for the...

AI can assist with many creative tasks like generating ideas, writing first drafts, or doing basic designs. But for truly original, innovative creative work, I think human creativity, emotion, and insight are still essential. AI may augment creativity but is unlikely to fully replace human creatives anytime soon IMO.
Do you think AI will replace more creative jobs?

Yeah, AI chatbots can totally handle 24/7 customer support, even for niche businesses. Just gotta monitor it daily to make sure the responses are on point. I've seen it work great for companies in super specific industries. The key is training the AI on your unique products/services and common customer questions. Might take some trial and error at first but it's a game changer once you dial it in.
