Hi, I'm James - military veteran of 16 years, where I finished at the CTO of a large specialist unit. I’m now co-founding an EdTech company called Inversity. Whilst in the military I built the biggest coding & data science scheme in the UK public sector, then built elite software & AI teams I could deploy on operations from the graduates of that scheme. Most in my teams didn't have degrees. Instead we trained them with hands-on real-life problems & encouraged them to use AI as much as possible. Their results spoke for themselves. We're now bringing this approach to the public, through Inversity. We launched our first £1000 prize coding challenge in Sept 2023 and are really excited to grow over this coming year - hoping to help thousands of people into impactful technology roles.
