Love? Job? Those can coexist?

It is extremely difficult to share knowledge in depth among cross-functional teams. But when a new member joins the team, I found that a few in-person sessions with a couple of Q and A sessions to finish off get people's heads in the game. From then on, I'd like to use the method called 'pushing him/her off the cliff' where a new member will be put on a real task with only a little guidance.

I'm picking up PS5. But I doubt I'll have much time to play. Newly-wed and busy with work and all that. Regardless, there's been a lack of good pc games lately and I've passed on PS4 to wait for a next gen console.

As a performance marketer who has used a few tools that show ad intelligence, this is by far the most informative and easy-to-use. One feedback though is that it is sometimes hard to look for a particular brand and product especially when the brand/product name is generic.

I think in school, many of us procrastinate because of unclear objectives. It depends on what your product is. And the word 'effective' carries different meanings for each person and each project.
