Interesting question. I think it does as it limits repetitive content & plagiarism.

Well, most communities don't allow asking for support through individual posts. In this case, if you keep making such posts, you will eventually be banned for life by Reddit. Some communities conduct weekly threads where you can ask for support, but your comment mostly gets lost in the huge number of responses. Personally, Reddit hasn't been of much help.

I follow them mostly for their discussions. I check out their product launches too to see what people have been building these days, i.e. what's trending.

I'd advise you to not stop asking for support even after the launch. The community that you may have built before & during the launch has to be maintained & you have to keep posting updates regularly. Collaborate with influencers to market your product, and keep the community engaged on different platforms. It seems like your product thrives on user feedback & that is your plus...

Reach out to genuine PH users, instead of relying on new users or paid bots. PH users will curiously check out your product and a lot of them will comment on your landing page too
