Hi! Could you tell me what is the starting rate (paid out) for the VAs? There's a big issue with how VAs get paid and how companies make money. The VAs sometimes make $2 an hour for work that should not be considered for anything less than $15 per hour. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this. Also, will the pay rate be listed in your job postings?
