Hahaha poor Twitter... I don't like the idea of 240 characters. But truncating the tweets in an artificial way only means a potential loss of info (if you still use twitter for that). The future of this is some kind of AI software that can summarize the social network feed info, not just cut it. This extension could be very useful now, as a lot of ppl is sharing stupid long tweets to test...
