Yeah, bad sleep is one of the reasons why productivity is down for most people. I find it hard to work the other day when I lack sleep too. What I usually do is get a few minutes of rest. I suggest doing the Pomodoro Technique which is - work 25 minutes and rest for 5 minutes. during those rest I play some my favourite games like Honkai Star Rail which has an auto battle mode, also...

Apple headset? Nah. The iPods are enough. As for headset, it’s better off coming from PC-leading brands like Razer.

Finish all of the work and chores needed because I really want to relax this weekend. I was out on vacation last weekend and it didn't really help because the journey was really exhausting. But yeah hopefully finish all of my backlogs and relax this weekend so that I can feel more rejuvenated next week.
