I'd say it covers the whole day. As a person who plans out my day, planning out my work hours are also part of the prep time. There are days however that I'm able to go out like going to amusement park for 3 hours before starting work lol

Probably meetings that have no agenda laid out or tasks that have no proper flow

I work best during the day/morning just because people don't really bother me during that time, knowing that I'm working lol. At night, my mind's been conditioned to just enjoy my time so nothing really gets done

I usually don't have music. It's noisy enough around me as it is but there are times when I do have music on (either lofi or acoustics) when I need an extra boost in energy flow

I don't even remember having that for college, that must've been really cool! For me, my first official job would be at an art college. I heard so many gruesome stories from my older sister and brother with their long work experiences which made me look for a job that was near and convenient. Hi! For me, it would be: 1. I witnessed what you would call God's perfect timing when I needed to look for a new job. They found me instead and all went smoothly. 2. Thankful for the upgrades I was able to finally do 3. That everyone in my family (and their families) are well and healthy this year :)
