Pre-Ordered my product for a Christmas gift. Was told it would ship Dec. 16th and take 6-7 days. I never got any shipping info and it took 3 attempts to get customer service to help me. At one point they just stopped replying. It finally shipped on Dec 30th and arrived January 6th. So much for a Christmas gift! Horrible company with horrible customer service.
