Freaking Love Intercom - since Oct 2014 when we signed up! Day and Night. Our people love it to help customers and our customers love it even more. We dropped zendesk in 2015, and moved all marketing & transactional mailing to it in 2016. Now it also manages our end to end funnel :) Been beta testing this new messenger and its really really good. Just wish oh wish the "location"...
