Curious: what are the professions of this thing's makers?

ok, i know @rrhoover will tag me on here to tease me so I'll save him the trouble :P i'm pretty adamantly against folks trying to "hack" PR like it's a machine-generated ad campaign (i've worked on both sides so know it all thoroughly), but will keep an eye on this one as it seems to more closely resemble how PR should be done than a lot of other "hacks," and uses tech the right way (kudos)....

@aitoville is there are way for journalists to check what info you're giving out about them? im seeing all kinds of resources for people looking to pitch reporters and you invite reporters to add themselves to the database but nothing else.

The app crashing for anyone else? It was working fine the first week or so but now it crashes every time i try to add a new location and just closes out.... i've *yet* to achieve adding my gym status :( cc: @kul

This is basically straight out of my wish list of tools I want to help me do my job. Going to events, talks, conferences, and stressing out about finding outlets to plug our laptops in is so awful. I'm seriously contemplating getting one and suggesting my office buys a couple for people on the team to borrow for events. Powering our laptops is a major challenge...

this sounds like the Nunchuck.js lib that some MIT kids wrote at YC's hackathon.... inspiration?

Agreeing with my fellow reporters above (and other folks) -- my email is absurdly easy to find so $9 for it is a straight ripoff, and frankly if you're a founder who thinks you're too busy to Google me, idk that I'm interested in talking to you anyways...
