It makes Gutenberg usable.
It solves the 2 biggest pains. The lack of breakpoints and the ability to see live changes accurately. Use the panel, write CSS or SASS, you don't need to save+reload to see the changes applied.
For Gutenberg is a must-buy.
The dev is very friendly and nice. Just buy it ;)
