I'm lucky to work at incredible startup that's changing the face of alcohol health by normalizing moderation and mindfulness. The #mindfuldrinking and #sobercurious movements are exploding, driven by rapid shifts in consumer demand and behavior, as well as more modern research around the negative impacts of alcohol and how to tackle alcohol use disorder. Sunnyside is the leading app focused on moderation, not sobriety, so that anyone who drinks alcohol can make a positive change to their health without shame, guilt, or pressure to quit.
