I appreciate the idea of highlighting the wage discrepancy but the execution is flawed... I put in my salary (I am Black) and it's telling me a lower salary lol. Other factors need to be taken into account such as education, location, industry, etc. This is a more complex issue than "If you're not Black, you definitely make money than you would if you were"

What do you ask your customers?
I've got a few calls booked with customers. I'm wondering if anyone has any good questions to ask outside of the basic "Do you have any feedback?" type questions.

I offer a full refund if they aren't happy and also ask what features they are looking for. Then I add it to the backlog, and it comes up a few more times or if it seems like something I should do immediately, I implement the feature.

(Chrome Only) A voiced controlled teleprompter that uses your PC's built in microphone to scroll as you speak. Made to scratch my own itch – I have a hard time memorizing scripts for Youtube videos and it makes recording and editing a pain. So this helps a ton! Most other teleprompter apps and websites, use auto scroll - and that's pretty weak.
