Would this work with the free (just analytics) intercom? I love the idea for this for customer support (like someone mentioned, just like Olark back in the day) - but have stopped using the paid Intercom as it was unaffordable.

YESSSS!!! Been messing around with Amazon Lambda and Azure functions and deploying entire node servers just in order to integrate with Twilio and the rest with Firebase. Awesome!

I'm a fan but unwilling to use it for anything more than backups for one reason: When I delete a photo on my phone (tons of trash, screenshots etc that are 'temp') - it doesn't delete the corresponding photo on Google. I understand that is seen as a feature (save up space and all), but I wish there was an option or, if not, a way within the app to delete photos off your phone and Google...

Any plan to add this as an embeddable widget on a web-app? I'm thinking, combined with events it could be brilliant. E.g. Serve up survey X after user does event Y for the Nth time...

Should specify that it is US only before I give my email address (not that the signup form is too long..). On a related thought, it would have been cool (and useful for you guys) if the 'SMS confirmation' page that is currently locked to US had a button that let you gather the countries of the people that can't sign up.. Cool idea - will check it out when available in Aus.

Huge Skitch fan myself (use it dozens of times a day). Can't see any advantages to this missing in Skitch (which is free too...)

Great idea! I've been using the OneTab Chrome extension as a work-around for this exact purpose. I.e. - Each browser window is assigned just one task. Then when it's done.. well and good. If it is undone and I need to take up another task, I 'onetab' it, and I can bring all the tabs up the next time I work on that task. Might give this a try... I love browser extensions but the main ones I use...
