This is a good question! I have thought about this a lot when building a service to help finding advisory and board members.
I think the dream board is about people with diverse skills and values that are in align with the company values. It's also important that they understand something of the company's current status, I mean that startups usually have a bit different style and needs than...

I have muted notifications and are moving to services that are not using pointless notifications and support addictive behaviour.
I'm also trying to build humane business platform myself to give an alternative to these platforms that are built on humane weaknesses. I think we can do so much better. <3
How do you handle notification fatigue?

I'm happy to help you. :) We are also working with students but have built a network of people ready to help, do sparring and mentoring (and also to found board members). I think there are many great minds available, you just need to find the people with same values, interests and entrepreneurial mindset. Ping me if you would like me to introduce you to my contacts. :)

We have decided to end the monthly subscriptions of some of the services we use. Harvest was the first one (unfortunately).

Hi ! Great topic.
I might answer a bit off the topic (sorry for that), but I think my thinking relates much to your question. :)
I think it is not so much about software, instead, I believe it is more about the leadership style that will be affected next. As a leader, I'm most concerned/interested in the changes in this area.
We already have so many good software we can use (videos,...

Great discussion here!
I think the biggest challenge is regarding energies. :) If you work together in a physical space, the positive energy can move easier from one person to another and the bad moods/energies can change to good ones if other people are energized.
If you are at home you are totally responsible for your own energies and if you are in a bad/sad mood, you can easily have that...

Hi!
I think it should not be just for co-founders but also for the management team.
Also I would start with using Socrates dialogue method. I have been finding that useful and saves a lot of time and gets to the point quite fast. :)
What do you think about "Couple's Therapy" for co-founders?

This is a great topic.
I think everything is about balance.
I need to sleep well, eat well, meditate and exercise, have fun, play and kiss, and so on. For me doing creative things is also very important.
I have found an excellent psychiatrist to meet whenever I want. He has been very helpful in many ways. Nowadays I visit him maybe twice a year. I meet him when I want to understand...

My newest startup is named Prönö.
It comes from the word "entrepreneur". Because we Finns find it very difficult to pronounce "antreprönöyr". So it became Prönö. www.prono.fi
I had many alternative name ideas but after sparring with my friend a while she told me that all the names I had mentioned were booooring and didn't sound like me. Then she asked: "Don't you really have anything else?"....
