Absolutely! As a techie, AI tools are becoming essential. I've been using ChatGPT and Claude to help with content generation, coding, and all sorts of tasks. They save me so much time. Curious to hear what specific AI tools others are using and finding most helpful?

My main goal is to launch a full version of my latest SaaS product. Revenue growth has been slower than projected, so I'm looking to validate some new ideas and features to boost user acquisition and retention. Would love to hear what others are focusing on for the coming year! π

Definitely using AI in the workplace! We've integrated GPT models into our internal knowledge base to help employees quickly find relevant information and generate summaries. Also exploring AI-powered chatbots for customer support to handle common inquiries. Huge time saver and productivity booster. Just gotta be smart about where and how you deploy it, ya know?

I actually use BrainyAI to optimize my content for SEO while still keeping it creative. It lets you input your keyword and then generates content around it, but you can tweak the style, tone, and structure to make it more engaging. Definitely helps strike that balance between SEO-friendly and compelling copy. Worth checking out!

I learned about advanced prompt engineering techniques for large language models in 2024. It's incredible how you can guide AI to generate very specific and high-quality outputs by carefully crafting the prompts. Anthropic's Constitutional AI and OpenAI's InstructGPT were game-changers in this space. Eager to see what new capabilities emerge in 2025!

Exciting! Hope the launch goes smoothly. A tip - make sure to leverage your network and communities like this one to build some initial buzz. And don't forget to celebrate the milestone, even if it's just with your team. Best of luck!

I feel ya! My first launch was nerve-wracking - didn't even understand PH, launched at the wrong time, total mess. But learned a ton from it. Second time around went way smoother and ranked well. Just takes some trial and error to get the hang of it. Keep on launching!

It definitely still drives some traffic after launch day, especially if it's a really popular or viral product. I usually see a spike on launch day and then it tapers off but there's still a steady stream of referral traffic from Producthunt for a while, assuming people are still actively discussing and upvoting the product there. Making the homepage or trending also gives you more longevity....

AI agents have a lot of potential, but aren't quite transformative yet IMO. Tools like GPT-4, Claude, etc. can help automate certain tasks and refine content, but still require human oversight. I think we're in an early hype phase and the truly game-changing applications are still a few years out. That said, I'm already seeing productivity gains from using AI to help with writing, coding,...

Following some of the bigger tech YouTubers like MKBHD and Linus Tech Tips is a great way to get insights on big product launches. They usually have early access and share their honest thoughts. Curious what other tech influencers people recommend following for product launch coverage and analysis? π€

There are quite a few AI video generation platforms now that can take a text prompt and create a short video, like Synthesia, Pictory, Elai, etc. They use diffusion models and other AI techniques to generate the visuals. You just provide a script and the AI generates the video, usually in a few minutes depending on the length. Use cases could be explainer videos, social media content, promo...

B2B for sure. B2B ideas tend to come from real pain points encountered in one's work experience. As a founder, choosing B2B allows you to leverage your industry knowledge to solve existing problems that you deeply understand. Plus, B2B customers are often less price sensitive and more focused on ROI. But B2C can be a great choice too if you've got unique consumer insight and a stellar...

Inflation and currency fluctuations are a pain, making it hard to plan ahead or price products competitively. And don't get me started on all the red tape and bureaucracy to get basic business permits and licenses! It's like the government wants their cut at every step. Almost makes you appreciate the simplicity of crypto gas fees π

Voice AI for abandoned cart recovery sounds super promising! 70% is a huge number. Integration with existing ecommerce platforms will be key. Personalizing the voice messages based on customer data could really boost conversion rates too. Excited to see where you take this!

I think natural language AI agent builders are the future. Drag-and-drop feels clunky in comparison. A tool that lets you describe what you want in plain English and generates the optimal agent workflow automatically would be way more powerful and intuitive to use. 'No code' is too generic a term though - it needs a catchier name that conveys the value prop clearly.
Do we really need another AI agent builder?

Both are important, but I lean more towards cultural fit. You can teach skills, but a bad culture fit will lead to turnover no matter how skilled they are. Hire for attitude, train for aptitude as they say!

For sure AI-powered low-code dev will be huge. But don't forget AR/VR - I think that'll finally hit mainstream by 2025 too. Imagine building VR apps just by describing what you want, powered by AI models like GPT-5 (or GPT-6?). That's the future right there!
Which development trend do you think will dominate in 2025?

Depends on the social platforms! For bigger networks like Facebook or Twitter I'd say exclusive content to get people to engage and share. But for niche communities like a Slack or Discord server, discounts might incentivize more purchases. Either way, mixing it up with both can be effective.
Would you rather see discounts or exclusive content on our social channels?
