You should take this product down if you no longer plan on supporting it. Or at the very least, take down the paid feature on the product if you never plan on upgrading accounts after they are paid. Also, take down your support system if you never plan on responding to support requests.

If you pay for premium they will take your money but never upgrade your account. Support does not answer any messages. Pros: Simple to Use Cons: No longer supported

Sales does an endless loop. Can't sign up or upgrade online. When you try to get in touch with sales via phone they never reach out to you. What a joke Pros: Great interface, easy to setup Cons: Impossible to get an account past trial.
